Special Requirements
The University is very accessible and well equipped but the organizers would appreciate being made aware of any special considerations that may impede your having the best possible experince while attending the convention.

Early Registration Draw
2 registrations will be drawn from those received before February 24, 2025 for a full reimbursement of the registration fee (banquet not included).
Accommodations
Rooms at StFX may be booked online. Convention attendees staying at StFX will be housed in Governors Hall, across from the convention site. Other ways to contact the university for accommodations are by phone 1-877-782-9289 or 902-867-4687 or by email at stay@stfx.ca.
Governors Hall has 2 rooms considered accessible which feature a walk-in shower. The building has 3 elevators. StFX does not provide pet-friendly accommodations.
