District 1 Cape Breton:

Saturday, May 19th, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. Isle Madame Garden Club will host the following event, Location: Rocky Bay Irish Club 751 Rocky Bay Road, D’Escousse. Variety of Perennial Plants & Vegetable Seedlings sale, Lunch: Sandwich or Soup, roll, tea or coffee, Children in attendance will make " Plant Bombs", Members will demo Grow Bags and Best Soil you can make. Everyone welcome.

Thur. May 24 - Perennial Plant Sale @ North Sydney Exhibition, Regent St., 6:30 pm sharp.  Prices are low, fast sell-out every year!

Sunday, May 27th at 11am will have a plant sale at the Visitor Information Centre, Main Street, Inverness.

Tues. July 10 -  Rose & Flower Show @ Royal Canadian Legion 19, Archibald St., North Sydney.  Entries received 9:00 - 11:00 am.   Open to the public 1:00 - 4:00 pm.   Theme "Happy Anniversary"

District 2 Eastern:

District 3 Central: No events planned at this time.


District 4 Halifax:

The Dartmouth Horticultural Society will hold its monthly meeting in Multi Purpose Room B at the East Dartmouth Community Centre, 50 Caledonia Road, Dartmouth on Monday March 12 at 7:00 p.m.  The speaker will be Barry Yhard, Beekeeper, Abbigail Honey, Urban Bee Keeping and the Dartmouth Adopt A Hive Program. 

District 4 meeting Saturday April 21st, 9-3:30, Lake Echo Fellowship Baptist Church, Peter Court, Mineville (off 107 Hwy)

Eastern Shore Garden Club Plant sale. May 26, 10 am, Lions Club, East Chezzetcook

Petals and Paint, our annual flower show is on July 14th at 11:00 am. at the "Old School" in Musquodoboit Harbour.  This is in conjunction with local artists who paint flowers/landscape.

District 5 Valley:

Tuesday, May 14, 7:30 p.m Valley Gardeners Club meeting at NSCC Kingstec, 237 Belcher St., Kentville. Growing Your Menu - David and Susan Smart. The new owners of Bessie North House share developing a garden to;serve their restaurant and thoughts on using local produce. All are welcome to attend.

Annapolis Valley African Violet Society's Show and Tea; will be held Saturday, 12th May 2018 2-4pm at the St. John's United Church Hall in Middleton, NS. Admission; free will offering at the door. Looking for violets to add to your collection, check out the sales table, many varieties on sale.

District 6 South Shore:

District 6 will be hosting the next NSAGC Convention on the 1st and 2nd of June 2018 at the Days Inn, Bridgewater, NS.

District 7 Western:
